ClickFunnels vs. LeadPages? I am often asked this question -when comparing landing page builders.

How does ClickFunnels differ from LeadPages?

Which one is better? More full featured? More reliable and scalable?

How good is the support?

What about downtime or API integration?

All these questions are valid. If you compare ClickFunnels with LeadPages or any other landing page software, this is often your concern. When you create a sales funnel, you really build and run a mini-business. Each has its own nuances and subtleties.

That is why it is incredibly important to choose the right landing page software to build your sales funnels. This is the lifeblood of your business. This is a channel for all website traffic, leads and finally more sales and income. Clearly, there’s no ideal answer here when you are comparing ClickFunnels vs. LeadPages.

However, this in depth comparison should help you to make a decision. If you are not aware of what a sales funnel is, then you will want to watch the trending video that Russell made by clicking here. It describes what funnels are.

Now, before I begin, let me say one thing. I use ClickFunnels. I no longer use LeadPages. So I can be a little biased. If I am, I apologize. This is not the intent of this article. Since I believe in full transparency, I wanted to clarify this from the very beginning. But the beauty of this article is that I have a lot of experience on both platforms. They are both strong in their own way.

Which one is better? Well, I will let you solve it on your own. Look at the information and comparisons and make an informed decision. Remember, this is your business (and, perhaps, your earnings) on the line.

In the end, it’s all about conversions. The reason you primarily set up a website, a landing page, or a sales funnel is to convert potential customers and clients into sales. Period. You need cold cash. And if you don’t convert, you spin your wheels and waste your time. Translation – you lose money, but do not earn it.

The reason we compare ClickFunnels with LeadPages is primarily related to conversions. The question you have to ask yourself should not be subjective. This is not related to my opinion or the opinion of another person. This is due to conversions. Which platform will help you increase conversions? This is a real question. Yes, support and features, and integrations matter. All these things are a means to an end. They are justa channel for conversion.

To convert, you need to have all the other pieces of the notorious puzzle in place. Will ClickFunnels help get more conversions at the end of the day, or will it be LeadPages? This is where the magic question arises. Yes, this is partly due to feature sets and elegant elements, and integrations. Of course it is. But in the end, it all comes down to the fact that you can turn these prospects into potential customers, and these – into sales. This comes from the sales funnel magic.

Whether you choose to use LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, InstaPage, or any of the other landing page builders, getting conversions will be the essential keys to your success.

For this? Split testing of all your landing pages, one-time offers, sales, advertising letters, images, VSL, button colors, button text, etc. and so on.

Get my drift? You must be meticulous. But the best part is that as soon as your funnel is a success, it’s a winner.

 ClickFunnels vs. LeadPages

When comparing ClickFunnels with LeadPages, it is clear that you will find two landing page platforms with many features.

Both are versatile and reliable. Both provide you with the flexibility and scalability to build sales funnels. But, when you look deeper, there are some obvious differences. And these differences, in my opinion, change the rules of the game.

Now, among other things, both are excellent pieces of software. But I’m going to dive in here. I am going to give you detailed details about each of them. Because, after all, in one or the other there may be a function that may be an integral part of your business. For example, if you want to create a funnel for a webinar and try to use LeadPages, it will be difficult for you. It is not quite built for this.

ClickFunnels is a company founded by Russell Brunson. I would call him one of the best marketers in the world. He understands sales funnels and offers intuitively. The cool thing about being one of the best marketers in the world is that when you really get started building software to automate what your team often takes weeks and tens of thousands of dollars, it turns into a great piece of software.

So what can you do with ClickFunnels? I suppose a basic description here would suffice. But in the end, this software is so complex that it simply amazes the imagination.

Now, of course it has come a long way since the early days of 2014, when Russell first launched his vision. In fact, long before he called it ClickFunnels, the working name he had for it was ClickFusion.

Of course, I am very pleased that he called it ClickFunnels, because, after all, his only intention is to build sales funnels.

If you don’t know what a sales funnel is, you need to watch the viral video that Russell Brunson made here. He describes the funnels. Or you can go here and read an article I wrote 4 simple steps to build your first sates funnel, which also describes sales funnels. Why are funnels so important? It is the most powerful tool to help you make money online or with any type of business. Yes, I do not joke about it at all. If you don’t understand the sales funnels, dive into it. This is the most important concept in business marketing today.

ClickFunnels is filled with functions. Everything you need to create your landing pages and sales funnels is here. Easy to use and versatile. What do I like most about ClickFunnels? Definitely its interface and the fact that you can build a full sales funnel, literally, within an hour & all the pages are kept into a group. This removes so many of the barriers of yesterday. You do not need a web development team, web designers, or something manually integrated.

This will potentially save you tens of thousands of dollars when creating your funnel.

When Russel Brunson first launched ClickFunnels, the most difficult thing was to create a funnel. They cost a lot of money and took an excessive amount of time to build.

ClickFunnels has reduced the time to market from weeks to literally hours. Depending on the complexity of the number of pages and the email sequence, you can literally run a sales funnel within a short period of time after registering a domain.

However, please note that before I describe the functions in ClickFunnels, there are two versions:

The Standard version ($ 97 per month) – The standard version of ClickFunnels includes all of the following features, but does not include two of the add-on extensions named Actionetics and Backpack.

These two extensions were once developed as standalone software, but they are very powerful. They help you manage your emails and workflows by customizing the marketing message for an individual visitor.

They also help you run your own affiliate programs through your funnels.

Then there’s Etison Suite ($ 297 per month) – The ClickFunnel version for Etison Suite is extremely powerful. In fact, this is probably all you will ever need to do business in terms of building your funnels and integrating various services.

Actionetics is a powerful set of email automation tools. And the backpack will allow you to manage these offers through branches. In addition, you can create an almost unlimited number of funnels and have an unlimited number of page views. That alone is probably worth a thousand dollars.

Despite the fact that they offer an integrated billing function via Stripe, all pages that you set up via LeadPages are placed on a subdomain. Thus, you cannot use it to create a whole sales funnel on a user domain.

However, as they say, LeadPages has its purpose. Here is what you can do with LeadPages:

Add a subscription field to your blog: with LeadPages, you can add subscription fields to your blog so that you can capture these important contact details.

You can also use their digital asset delivery system to send your bribe, such as an e-book, checklist, cheat sheet, or some other type of trial offer.

Embedding a webinar on your page: you can use LeadPages to host a webinar with a simple embed code. You can even place a question and answer box right on the page.

Although you cannot create a whole webinar funnel, you can still use it to conduct a webinar.

Create beautiful landing pages. The main goal of LeadPages is to help you create beautiful and mobile responsive landing pages. You can use ready-made templates or a powerful drag-and-drop editor.

SMS Email Subscribers Collection: Use the SMS Subscription feature to subscribe. All they have to do is write the word to a pre-set number, then they will reply with their email address and voila, they are added to your list.
